Before telling you the answer, I'd like to point out that there are
already more than 70000 newsgroups. Have you checked to make sure the
newsgroup you want to create doesn't already exist under a different
name? Go to www.google.com and use the groups search to look for
groups that contain keywords of the topic that you are interested in.
