mozilla.org's CVS repository (cvs.mozilla.org) has been moved to a new
server. After DNS propagates this change should be seamless (except
that the new server will be faster). Until then, however, checkins will
be rejected, as the old server is now read-only.

To check in your changes, either wait until DNS has propagated or
specify the new server by its primary name megalon.mozilla.org when
checking in, i.e.:
cvs -d :pserver:YOUR-U...@megalon.mozilla.org:/cvsroot commit ...
If you notice a problem after the change occurs, however, please file a
bug report about it:
