Minotaur (stand alone mail) update

The two major reasons why not much "appears" to be happening with
Minotaur are:

1) we're frying other fish (mailviews, spam, branch work etc)
2) we're waiting for xulpp to become available on all tier 1 platforms

I quote "appears" because:

1) some of the branch work going on is for stand alone mail
2) suresh is making progress with the XRE. (see
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/xul/xre.html)

cover the xulpp issue.
