Sometime ago I challenged the Digital Equipment Corporation's
employment policy in the Boston Federal Court. Digital bribed
its way of legitimizing everything illegitimate it has done to
date. The President (and the ones before him), the Vice
President (and the ones before him), 100 Senators (and the ones
before them), and 435 Congressmen (and the ones before them) are
behind the corporate criminal. Just think for a moment, how did
they get into power in the first place?

One group of lawyers is a part of the system -- day in and
day out they practice conspiracy, bribery, perjury, and forgery.
People call them successful because they live in huge mansions
and drive expensive cars. Another group of lawyers has a firm
conviction that they cannot fight the system. This second group
is nothing but a bunch of eunuchs. The eunuchs end up having
lunch at McDonald's and dinner at Burger King. If a third group
of lawyers -- real men and real women who have the ability to
run over the professional criminals who run this system -- does
not emerge from this legal profession, it is just a matter of
time before this society pays an exceptionally heavy price.

If you belong to this third group of lawyers, or know of
anyone who does, I would like to hear from you.

Mr President:

A little over three years ago, I delivered in person the
enclosed letter to President George Bush. Along with the
letter, I left a copy of the enclosed brief (Halder v Digital
Equipment Corporation, 1st circuit Docket #83-1437) and some
other supporting documents at the White House. I also delivered
a copy of the letter to all members of Congress. And, I left
more than one hundred copies of the brief on the Hill (to the
leadership of both parties, Judiciary Committee members, and the
Massachusetts delegation). Those documents prove beyond any
reasonable doubt that an Indian had to be ten times more
qualified than a white English-speaking American to obtain
employment, and that the courts of law are nothing but rubber
stamps for major corporations.

To-date, both the Executive and the Legislative branches of
the government remained silent, thereby reaffirming the
irrefutable fact that like the Judiciary, both the Executive and
the Legislative branches are controlled and manipulated by major
corporations; that the design, intent, and purpose of courts is
to defend and protect the unlawful and illegal practices of the
rich and powerful; and that it is the policy of the
Administration to appoint only professional criminals on the
Bench. This is further evidenced by the fact that there is an
extremely close relationship between the judicial appointees and
high-lever politicians.

Five hundred thirty-seven of the most powerful men and women
in the United States established beyond the shadow of a doubt
that this government is a perfect example of a government of the
criminals and for the criminals.

Mr. President:

What can a poor man like myself do when a multi-national
corporation bribes plaintiff's attorneys, the Trial Court, the
Court of Appeals, and the United States Attorney?

Dear Mr. Weld:

Ref: Biswanath Halder V Digital Equipment Corporation
District Court Docket No. 77-1792

I was born in India, and was educated as an Electrical Engineer.
I immigrated to the United States in 1969. Immediately prior to
coming to this country I gained two years of experience in
computer software with two major computer manufacturers in
England. However, ever since my arrival in the land of
opportunity, I have been looking for a job.

From 1969 to 1977 I sought employment with the Digital Equipment
Corporation. Although I applied to its various facilities on at
least fifteen different occasions, my efforts proved
consistently unsuccessful. In consequence, I brought an action
against "Digital" in the Federal Court in Boston under the Civil
Rights Acts for its failure and refusal to employ me as a
Computer Engineer/Programmer/Analyst.

Shortly after commencement of the action, the Court appointed
Choate, Hall & Stewart to represent plaintiff in this action on
a pro bono basis.

The corporate defendant, to deprive plaintiff of justice, bribed
plaintiff's court-appointed attorneys and the Court.

I demand an immediate prosecution of the above.

Very truly yours,

Biswanath Halder
