Documentation project

Apparently, some people did not hear about the documentation project,
so at risk of annoying others, I will post again.

I have started a mailing list for those willing to donate time to
creating a comprehensive (I hope) documentation set for linux. This
will, of course, include standard on-line manual pages, but it will
also involve many other documents.

If you would like to help out with linux, are not a kernel hacker,
but would like documentation, please join in. I will be co-ordinating
this through a mailing list, and will try to tie everything together.

and ask to be subscribed. Of course, to send mail to everyone on the
list, send your mail to

and it will be forwarded eventually. Right now, the group is
moderated, but I may have this changed later.

If you just want to know more about what we will be doing, mail me and
ask. If you are not sure if you want to join, ask me any questions
you have.
