Why can not using the "New category" in the admin page?

Hi guys,

I want add the new cateogry Member_Blog. But i found the "New category" is unavailable.

Why can not using the "New category" in the admin page?(xxxxxx:8000/en/admin/category).

Is it a bug or other reason?

Yes, I get it from git(git clone git://github.com/zotonic/zotonic.git).

include/zotonic_release.hrl:-define(ZOTONIC_VERSION, "0.9-dev").

I just checked in FF 12.0 and I can drag the "new category" to the category tree.

Also works in Safari 5.1.5

Can you drag it?
