I understand JQuery is the standard library to use with Zotonic. This 
applies with Bootstrap for the admin section where Bootstrap is always 
enabled regardless if mod_bootstrap is enabled or not.

But is it actually possible to not use JQuery on a site and use a different 
framework instead? Do any specific scomps or features depend on JQuery? 
Would it be possible to replace those features with implementations in the 
other framework? If I don't want to use JQuery how would I know which 
features wouldn't work?
