The Css is miss in the new Master

I get resource from git, today.

I create a new blog and i found the css is miss.

Hi Jason,

Thanks for your report. In the master branch we currently working on
implementing new base templates, so it might indeed not work correctly.
If you require a working blog template, you might want to stick with the
release-0.8.x branch for now.
