New translator: Swisslex (Journal articles only)

I just submitted my first attempt on a translator, Swisslex.js. It is
for the Swisslex-database, which is the most widely used source for
(i.a.) journal articles on Swiss law. Database access is limited to
subscribers or members of Swiss academic institutions. The translator
is just a screen scraper, as the database unfortunately does not
supply any structured data. It is limited to journal articles, so that
book chapters and court decisions will not get recognized. As I'm just
a lawyer and do not have a deeper knowledge of JS etc. there is ample
field for improvements, but perhaps it helps for someone anyway - I
put in some comments (in German) so that it may serve as a model for
similar translators, though perhaps only as one on how to do it not...
