Patch to the bibtex translator (2)

The original thread on this issue (last post March 30, 2010) has
expired, so a fresh post here to try and get this one off the ground.

I have recast Olivier's patch to the BibTeX.js translator, as a
unified diff, suitable for application to the Zotero trunk, limited to
the changes applicable to issues 1-3 in Olivier's description, as
required by noksagt.
