New Espacenet translator

Hi everyone,

I've updated the xpath definitions in the espacenet translator to make
it work on the new espacenet website (http://worldwide.espacenet.com).

I've made some small changes, the revised version is at:
http://github.com/ajlyon/zotero-bits/raw/master/ESpacenet.js

Changes:
1. Escape the full stops (.) in the target regex so they aren't
interpreted as wildcards;
2. Call scrape(doc,url) directly on single-page saves to save a request;
3. Use Zotero.Utilities.capitalizeTitle() to fix capitalization
(better handling of non-capitalized words)

I'd also like to add you, Edouard, to the contributors-- do you have a
last name I can put in the author field?
