National Diet Library of Japan translator

Hi. I uploaded a translator for the National Diet Library of Japan
back in June. The translator has been working very well for me since
then, so I'd like to ask for it to be included in the next release of
Zotero.

Jonathan,

Good work on this.

The English pages are not giving an icon, although the code of the
translator is designed to scrape from either the English or the
Japanese interface. From a quick check and test, it looks like
changing "http:" to "https*:" in the "target" field of the translator
header will fix things. If you can make that change an re-up the
translator code, I'll click about a bit more to see if I can break
anything else.
