BibTeX doExport modification to map proceedingsTitle -> booktitle

Hi all.

Here is a patch against the latest BibTeX code from svn to map
proceedingsTitle to booktitle when exporting a conferencePaper
(originally at [1]). (Sorry for not posting diffs before; I was having
a bit of trouble finding where to contribute. Usually I would add a
trac ticket.)

This patch exports proceedingsTitle if it exists, otherwise
conferenceName to the booktitle field of a BibTeX @inproceedings.
