The blog form of my PDF doesn't convert all the way

I bought a PRO account so I could publish 50 posts, but my ebook doesn't have them

I have almost 100 posts on my blog, Really Useful Sites, and I wanted to publish 50 of them, so I bought the Pro account. First what happened is that when I clicked on "Create" it only showed the first ten posts. I then had to go to my blog and manually click on "Add to eBook" for each of the next 40 posts.
