Required is a student on attachment to fill the position of Event
Clerk within an event management company.

The student must be enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism,
Hospitality, Marketing or Business Administration at a local
university.

Job Duties:
Supervision of event set up
Updating specific stock log books
Maintenance of event linen, equipment and utilities
Up selling of event products
Organising internal events
On site event management
Advertising internal events
Maintaining first point of contact with current customers and
prospective customers.

Eager to learn and grow intellectually
Customer focused
Able to work independently

Work commencement date: January 20 2014
Work completion date: August 4 2014.
