In addition to securing a residential stand, our package will offer a loan protection policy and free funeral cover to all purchasers who buy on installments. The loan protection policy will be used to amortise any balance on the purchase price should the purchaser predecease the term of the installments, meaning that there will be no loss to the beneficiaries who will also get assistance through a free funeral cover should the unfortunate event of loss of life of the assured happen before the installments are paid in full.
