About the Programme

Project management involves performing the management functions of planning, organizing, directing and controlling a project setting. This course is the first step to becoming a capable project manager and is designed to improve your understanding of the project management life cycle It will provide you with the tools, techniques and tips to complete projects on time and within budget, whilst maintaining the level of quality expected by the project's client.
