Dear President
Thank you for sending me your emails. I appreciate that but l disagree with
you on, "*ZIYA applaudes Government efforts to empower Zimbabweans through
Land Reform and Indigenization and Economic Empowerment..." (*Source
document attached)*.*
We can not call that ‘reform’ which destroyed
productive farms and send millions of Zimbabweans to Languish in Diaspora.
We don’t want discrimination, institutionalized theft and looting of
property and farms by Mugabe’s ZANU PF government.
Most of the seized farms are in ZANU PF hands and can we seriously call
that reform? I disagree!
Do you know that African Zimbabweans own thousands of small commercial
farms in many good regions of the country? I can give you an example of
areas like Mhondoro, Musengezi Purchase Area (region 3 near Harare) where
they are thousands of commercial farms owned by natives. But this land is
under utilized. Most People who own them have no skills, have no capital
and the population there is dominated by witchcraft, success in production
is attributed to the blessings of medium spirits. And this has affected the
capacity to practice modern methods of Agriculture which are a requirement
for development and productiveness.
Some of these farmers who worked hard are exploited by the communist Grain
Marketing Board (GMB) the ZANU PF government sole buyer of farm produce.
GMB through its low prices and wicked policies has made poor thousands of
black commercial farmers.
Any sound development in Zimbabwe should be based on fairness, justice and
free market. Now Chinese looters and South Africans are given mines, farms
which should be owned and developed by Zimbabweans of all colors.
For Zimbabwean economy to reconstruct we need a new, limited government
which will be servant to the people, we need an economic system based on
price system (free enterprise).
We should also chase away the Chinese legal or illegal because they are the
worst employers in Zimbabwe. Chinese just came to loot our scarce resources
and exploit our people.
Chinese operating in Zimbabwe (with protection o ZANU PF) are vicious and
are racist against Zimbabweans. Since the closure of many companies and the
crumbling of commercial farms Zimbabwean workers have experienced the worst.

*“ZIYA encourages all Zimbabweans, mostly the Youth to participate in the
Empowerment programmes as it is their legal right enshrined in the law to
benefit.” *
ZANU PF empowerment programs are dangerous and they encourage envy and
jealous. ZANU PF is guilt of envy; jealousy and looting commercial farms,
therefore l encourage all Zimbabweans who are fair minded not to
participate or promote this looting of private property by a wicked
government.
Zimbabweans should create their own companies not to loot or seize
companies formed by others under the so-called indigenization program.
Seizure of companies by ZANU PF GOVERNMENT masked under Indigenization is
institutionalized theft and robbery. Zanu PF is desperate for a political
capital and is using indigenization to buy support it has los dismally.
Zimbabwe imperatively needs a new government, justice, democracy, freedom
and market economy based on Western models. Without collapse of ZANU PF and
freedom Zimbabweans will continue to experience massive suffering.
ZANU PF due to illegitimacy has created the problems we currently have in
Zimbabwe therefore cannot be the solution to the problems it has created.
