Hello,

I was wondering if there have been any developments in relation to
zigGIS support for direct connection to SQL Server 2008. We are
moving our spatial data to SQL Server, storing as a geometry data
type. The ability for ArcGIS users within the organisation to view
and edit this data directly would be great.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I was wondering this as well, is there someone who can answer? The
2.0 press release said it was supported, but I can find nothing on the
website about it...

Sorry, that was yanked for 2.0 in the interest of time. By the end of
this week we'll be publishing 3.0's roadmap which will include support
for other backends.

Any further development on this one? We are also really interested in
being able to connect directly to SQL Server 2008 geometries without
having to put SDE in the middle. Haven't used the zigGIS to PostGIS
connector yet, but it's a great idea!

Thanks, Brian.
