When translating our application the Google API reports show that an
unexpectedly large number of characters are being translated which
makes the translation more expensive than expected.

The number of requests looks correct (i.e. there is one per field that
is translated), but the number of characters is much higher than.

The only thing I have to go on is a slightly strange looking message
when the translations complete. If I try to translate a simple form
with just a "No" and a "Yes" string into Portuguese I get the
following message:-

"Finished translating. Translated 2 texts. 3 translations successful,
0 translations failed."

How can I have 2 texts but 3 successful translations? Where does the 3
come from?

Fizzyfelts, I'm also experiencing this also, did you find an answer or fix for issue?

Fuzzyfelts, I've added a thread to the codeplex project: https://zetaresourceeditor.codeplex.com/discussions/445891

Posted a fix for ZetaResourceEditor, not sure when/if a new build will be published.
So I also added instructions on patching the current exe version 2.2.0.27 using an IL dissassembler.
