1.1.6 Release

We are pleased to announce the release of Zenphoto version 1.1.6

This release provides many bugfixes and minor improvements, as well as
the first support for translations and localization. We're releasing
these features in 'beta' so that more translations can be submitted,
so please read the translation tutorial on the zenphoto user guide if
