Even your budget very high, but you don't have any market for the internet cafe, I think it will be makes a big problem.
So maybe you can try to review the market needs around your target place.

it's a cafe already. we just want to add computers to make it an internet cafe.
there is certainly market demand. we just don't have a bunch of money
to buy fancy computers and software.
hence linux and free software instead of Mac and pay software.
my question is does the software work for cafe management?
is there a feature list or manual i can have a look at?

btw, just for additional info, the upadate for firefox or flash
plugins being tested but yet released, we still working on it, just a
several internet app, firefox, flash plugins and opera maybe, not a
big deal i guess, overall, the system prepared for internet cafe's
need.
