I don't know the origin of problem but I've read, and I've written,
about this problem in this thread of Liquorix kernel forum (based in

I've tested with 2.6.37 Liquorix kernel (based in zen kernel) and same
problem.
However with kernel-PPA 2.6.37 (https://launchpad.net/~kernel-ppa/
+archive/ppa) this problem is gone.
