Hello,

First I'll say I'm new to both notepad++ and Zen Coding (python), but
hoping I can get some issues resolved here.

1) I've watched videos and read examples of how to start with zen
coding, but I'm having a problem. I have the newest version of notepad+
+ and when I type the shorthand such as: ul>li*5 for an example. When
I extend the code it all appears on one line in notepad++ instead of
multiple and indented like all the examples and demos I've seen.

2) Is there a way to change the shortcuts of zen coding, ctrl+alt
+enter isn't the quickest for me.

Thanks for any help I can get!

That's due to the profile - you can select the profile from the Zen
Coding(Python) menu in plugins, or select Auto-Profile. When
Auto-profile is selected, it depends on the language mode. If you're
in plain text, it will do exactly that, if you select HTML from the
language menu, it will spread the li elements over different lines.

Settings menu, Shortcut mapper, then select the plugin commands tab.
The Zen Coding shortcuts are normally somewhere near the bottom of the
list.

Hope that helps,
Dave.
