Yes I found the solution. Later I came to know about 64bits pre-release of adobe flash plugin. I downloaded it and replaced libflashplayer.so at /usr/lib/adobe-flashplugin/
The existing file information was:
libflashplayer-32.so: ELF 32-bit LSB shared object, Intel 80386, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked, stripped
And the information of newer (x64) one:
libflashplayer-64.so: ELF 64-bit LSB shared object, x86-64, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked, stripped
And now the Zerk started to work fine along with other applications.
