Errors in Quranic arabic Text chapter 81

I have found errors in chapter 81 arabic text verses 1,3 and 4.
In 81:1 there is a fatah over wow in word Kowirrat while it should be
kasra
In 81:3 there is a fatah over yaa in word Suyirrat while it should be
kasra
In 81:4 there is a fatah over twaa in word Uth-twillat while it should
be kasra

Salaam,

This is a font rendering convention to place Kasra under Shadda and over baseline. Please check this out:

If I may add, use "ma_quran" font recently uploaded by M. Abay, and
this "issue" will disappear. You may find the font in "Files" section
here.
