Text not scroll with recitation in Windows 7 Platform

Dear Brother,
Assalam O Alaikum,

Firstly I congratulate you and your team for a wonderful work, Jazak
Allah God Bless you and your team.
I have a facing a problem when I install Zekr software in windows 7
the text of Aye not scroll along with recitation (I download Saad Al
Ghamdi audio file), However, its work fine in Windows XP system.
Please advise the solution.

Wa Alaikumassalaam,

Does this happen for all recitations you have (online/offline)? Try to play some consequent ayas in continuous mode. Make sure that you are choosing 'continuous' mode (play on 3 disks icon at the bottom-corner of player window).

Can you tell me:
1. You Internet explorer version.
2. You Zekr version.

Dear Mohsen,

 Zekr version v 1.0.0 installed in my laptop with windows 7, we tested both online and offline and its play on continuous mode.
please find the attached file.

Could you reload (View > Reload) and tell me if the problem remained.
Before that go to your Internet Options (Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options), and uncheck "Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer/Other)"

I have create a new user and run the software its woring fine, sorry to bother you its my system problum its work fine in windows 7

Wa Alaikumassalaam,

There was probably due to upgrading from an older version of Zekr, or some kind of configuration problem. These kind of problems can be fixed by simply removing config.properties from your <workspace>/.zekr/config. So, you can still use Zekr on your old account, but first remove your C:\Users\<username>\.zekr\config\config.properties.
