You are welcome.
This would be easy to change all the icons used in Zekr UI through
this all-in-one file:
[zekr]/res/resource-path.properties
You can duplicate the image folder to image1 for example and change line 9:
#set ( $IMAGE_DIR = "$RES_DIR/image" )
to
#set ( $IMAGE_DIR = "$RES_DIR/image1" )
So that all icons/images load from the new location.
This way, we may have at least two icon packs for the next release ;)

This isn't :). Which version you have? For versions < 0.6.0, we used
CSS system color "threedface" (which is nice on Win and Linux), but
since this resulted in gray (and rather dark background) on Mac
machines, I've relaced that (quran_bgColor theme property) for Mac
packages with "Window" in Sky/Uthman Taha theme and "rgb(250, 250,
247)" in Sample theme. Still you can manually change that color
through theme properties window.
You can even write your own theme pack:

Zekr really worked in Linux!!!!!!!!! I am very happy.
I have created a good and detailed note for installing and configuring Zekr in the redhat linux
6,7,8,9, etc. You should be providing it in the site. whenever and wherever you created this page
please do inform me with the link. thanks all the people who helped me install zekr in the linux.

It's an Apple-style artwork: simple, and effective :)
BTW, for now we have no option to merge background on the alpha
channel parts of the image. There should be either fully transparent
areas, or fully visible parts (no opacity). Opacity, requires some
modifications in the source code, so we need a alpha-less splash for
now.
Also the text on the top is better to be all in upper or lower case IMHO.

Well, we will have a release for tomorrow or the day after that,
inshaAllah. I want to use this excellent splash image for that release
(0.6.6).
Having alpha layer in the PNG, I tried to support that for startup
splash, capturing an image of the center of the current visible
desktop and showing it as the background image of the splash image. It
resulted in the screenshot attached.
As you see, I changed the location of progress text from top (in ZRE)
to bottom for this.
Some more cents:
1. Isn't it better to have a stroke line (border) around the image?
It's margin should be distinct from the background. I suggest a
1-pixel-width dark color as the border. Much better if the line is
gradient, not all in the same color.
2. What about same case text "THE ZEKR PROJECT" or "the zekr project"?
I have no clue, may the current text be much better that same-case
text. Others here have any suggestion?
3. Can you decrease alpha channel of the part of image, on the top in
which "The Zekr Project" is written? As you see in the screenshot,
it's quite vivid, when merging with the background. A white feathered
oval on the background would be nice, see for example
splah-alpha-less-alpha-on-top.png attached. It's not good yet, but I
mean something like that.
In order to test your splash screen with Zekr, overwrite .class files
I attached as splash.zip on zekr.jar (c:\program
files\zekr\dist\zekr.jar). To do that, open zekr.jar (it's Zip format)
and overwrite the 3 .class files on net\sf\zekr\ui\splash, then repack
it again as zekr.jar.
I intentionally increased startup time for about 9 seconds, so that
you have enough time to see the splash.
Please let me know under which license you want to distribute this
artwork? I personally prefer a libre one like LGPL ;)
