Now that we've piqued your interest on the coming work, it's time to convene a couple events to get you plugged in.

There are two events planned for you. Your first opportunity is 6 p.m. July 16. This is an orientation and planning event for the larger, main event on Tuesday, July 29. At this meeting (July 16), we'll present an overview of the demonstration project, then start planning special activities for the July 29 event. We'll be thinking about the July 29 agenda, breakouts for that evening, presentations we'll give, potential entertainment and other engagement opportunities, ways to obtain feedback from participants and ways for people interested in helping out to register to do that.

To get the most out of the July 16 planning event, a general understanding of the Copiosis innovation is helpful, but not required. If you missed it, you can see the 45 minute presentation delivered at Z Day. Or you can watch a 6 minute overview both links are below. Either way, you should get some background before attending July 16 so you can understand what's being talked about.
