I am not getting any text messages from Zeep. Are the Zeep guys doing
something to the servers? Can I get an update please?

i am wondering this myself.

i found zeep an hour ago, created an account, and embedded their
"subscribe" code.

I am getting a subscribe confirmation on the embedded form.

But both my personal phone, and 3 different virtual phones all get a
"is having technical difficulties, we received error code 401. Please
try again later" message after replying YES

guess I'll try again in a few hours.

The service is working if you received a text message. That would be
your server responding to the callback with a 401.

Verify that you can reach your callback url from a web browser.

I assume it can reach the call back URL. I am looking at it right now.
Also as stated, I receive the "you're now subscribed" message in
browser a few moments after replying with "yes" from virtual phone

thoughts? thanks

Oh wait... I am temporarily using htaccess password protection.

I just removed it and am now getting a:
returned invalid redirect response. Please try again later

so i assume i screwed up. Will look into ti.
