I see a lot of discussion where members have asked questions and have
not got any replies. Is it worth posting questions here?

It seems to be hard to get zeep to respond.

You can try contacting them directly, but you may have limited success.

Thanks.

I am concerned building my application using their services if this is
the kind of customer service I have to look forward to. I hope they
get their act together.

Hi vrk, right now we're not really able to offer any significant one-on-one support, which is why we've set up the group. Hopefully the group will pitch in and help you out if you're stuck on a specific problem.

We're still working on the API and have some updates and fixes coming out over the next few weeks, so stay tuned.

First of all love the service you are offering...

But...

We want to support you, Luke. The difficulty is that sometimes we post a question and get no answers, And then we contact support and get no answers.

So it kind of makes things a little difficult.

Thanks Deco, while we won't be able to offer much individual support
(it doesn't scale and there aren't enough of us), we definitely want
to make the experience better for developers. Soon I'll be working on
compiling and publishing working code examples as well as updating the
documentation. I'll also publish a list of known issues and planned
improvements so that at least you guys know what's on our to-do list.

Let me know if you've got suggestions.

Cheers,
Luke

The biggest one that I was having trouble with is when you respond
back to sms that was sent.

I keep getting the Ooops response.

There is just very little information on this

Luke has solved this for me. My prefix contained a colon. I am not
sure why this was the case, but the existence of a colon caused the
response to fail!

Thanks for the response Luke. This is such an awesome product!
