Comments from Manager:

The candidate needs to be a strong Oracle or other ERP type IT project Manager with reasonable knowledge of infrastructure applications, databases and server support the end user application. The metrics knowledge is not hugely relevant and can be picked up. Key would be good communication skills, delivery results focus, attitude and conflict management.

Experience: Typically requires: BS, CS or equivalent plus 8-10 years of technical experience. MS or additional experience strongly preferred. 5-8 years of project management with more than 2 years of program management.
