Subject: Categories and Accounting period
Dear Developer,

I like the category summaries.  However my accounting period runs from
the 25th of each month to the 24th of the following month. Could a
feature be added that allows to view category summaries spanning a
user-defined period without otherwise using the transaction report and
filtering subcategory by subcategory by payee,...?

I have recently downloaded this piece of software and input all my
2008 transactions, it is a really great piece of software and wish I
had found it sooner.  However the accounting months are not working
very well for me.  As I am paid on 29th of the month and my salary can
vary from month to month it makes it difficult to keep track and
compare easily on the reports, so a feature as suggested above would
be great so I can define my own month period.
