- Be as specific as you can about the problem you have encountered. Step by step instructions to reproduce it would be very useful and it reduces wasting time.

- If you can reproduce the problem in a sample MMEX database and attach it to your email, it will lead to the problem being solved faster.

- Any additional files that help reproduce the issue would also be useful.

- Bug reports are treated with higher priority than feature requests. 

- If you are asking for a feature, check the existing feature request list at http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=163169&atid=826678 to verify

Although, every effort is taken to respond to posts, it might take a few days before a post is answered. It is also possible your post is unanswered. This is simply because I get a large number of emails and it is impossible to respond to every single one of them.
