Dear Comrades.
 
The Zambian Government has passed a parliamentary act to change the way NGOs operate in Zambia. This act is very limiting and needs to be stopped if CSOs in Zambia and the general public will continue to enjoy freedom of expression, association and all liberties consistent with a free nation.
 
Pass these attached messages on to call for civil action and awareness.
