saveword, togirgit and showcode commands added

Created 3 new commands. First 2 are candidate for gloden egg.

saveword
Open any webpage in word format. for e.g.
saveword http://saraswaticlasses.net/sites/links4.php

togirgit
Read any Indian Language text in Devnagari script. for e.g.
togirgit http://drsiddharth.blogspot.com

showcode
show source code of any page from the website. security risk!
showcode sites/dump2.php

The "girgit" command was created by me and is not working. Please
replace it with the "togirgit" and then delete the togirgit command.
