New YouTube API Version Available for Testing

PHP Client Library: Uploading videos now 99% more efficient !

For those of you that use the PHP client library to interact with the
YouTube API, I wanted to let everyone know that Jeff and I have
committed a fix in version 1.7.6 (released today) which allows for
streaming uploads.

This should get rid of those annoying 'Allowed memory size of ...
errors' once and for all.
