Subject: YouTube Partner Syndication not enabled

I'm trying to get developer key for youtube api, but when I go to this
link https://code.google.com/apis/youtube/dashboard i get the message:

YouTube Partner Syndication has not been enabled by the administrator of
the domain @6tactics.com.You can sign into another account<https://accounts.google.com/AddSession?continue=https%3A%2F%2Fcode.go...> to
use YouTube Partner Syndication.

If you are the Google Apps administrator, please read these articles to
learn more about controlling user access to Google Apps services<http://www.google.com/support/a/bin/answer.py?answer=182426&hl=en&ctx...>
and turning services on/off for certain users<http://www.google.com/support/a/bin/answer.py?answer=182442&hl=en&ctx...>
.

Now I read all the tutorials, guides, went to my google apps settings for
my domain, but I cant solve this. I found my services for the account, and
there is a section additional services, where I can't see anything related
to youtube. However I did go to this link
: http://support.google.com/a/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=181865 where I can
se the api part I need but have no idea how to add it to my services.

If there is any other solution that I'm missing please let me know, I'm
lost here.

Thnx for help...

Hello,

The administration of your Google Apps for Your Domain needs to enable
that option for you.

Alternatively, just create a new @gmail.com account and use that when
requesting a developer key.
