I've hacked together some Applescript and PHP and produced an
application that syncs between the iPhone app Simplenote, and Yojimbo.
At this stage it has to be explicitly run to sync, but the next
version will have some sort of automatic syncing every hour or some
such.
If anyone is interested in testing this, you can find the download here:

All comments and suggestions very welcome!

Yes it does! However, after syncing I see only the titles of each
note, i.e., all synced notes (from Simplenote) are blank in Yojimbo.
Also, running Simplenote Yojimbo Sync twice seems to sync the same
bunch of notes twice — all synced notes duplicated in Yojimbo.

Tried that. Same result: folder and titles of notes created, but the
notes have no content.
Thanks.

Thanks, but it's the same: title only, no content. I'll wait for the
next version.
I would also mention that although Simplenote Yojimbo Sync did create
a new collection called 'Simplenote' in Yojimbo, the synced notes
didn't appear in it — they appeared in the 'Library' collection.
For what it's worth, I'm using Yojimbo 2 on Mac OS X 10.6.1.
