Subject: Bookmarks not working ...
Recently I have noticed that when I drag a bookmark from Firefox to
Yojimbo it creates a not but not a bookmark. What could have changed
this behaviour?

I would assume you've "upgraded" Firefox, and they've changed how they represent a dragged bookmark.

Since recent versions of Firefox[*] no longer display or include the
protocol ("http:" or "https:") portion of a webpage address, when you drag
such an address, Yojimbo can't tell how to handle it.

You should, however, be able to restore normal behavior by applying the
advice given in this article:

http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/879926#answer-252230

[* I believe this behavior changed starting with Firefox 10.0.]
