Save PDF to Yojimbo Titled... keyboard shortcut?

I do Save PDF to Yojimbo Titled... a lot from Safari for saving copies of bill payments to Yojimbo.

In System Preferences/Keyboard/Keyboard Shortcuts/Application Shortcuts, I added cmd-Y for Save PDF to Yojimbo Titled...
The shortcut shows up for that menu selection and works once I click the PDF drop down menu in the print dialog but not before.
I understand that the menu selection would need to be above the separator line for the shortcut to be enabled as soon as the print dialog is opened.
Then I would be able to do cmd-P, cmd-Y to get the menu item.
Is there any way to move the menu selection above the separator line?
Or any other slick way to get to Save PDF to Yojimbo Titled... directly?

I'd love a solution to this too! I suspect a utility like Keyboard Maestro could probably make this work... or maybe even Quicksilver ? I've tried and failed with the later.
