Is there an option to automatically click the Autofill button?!

I always seem to have to mouse-click the Autofill button. So it's
Command-C, F8, then mouse up to the Autofill button to insert the
clipboard contents into the Yojimbo window. As this is a choppy
workflow, I must be doing something wrong...?

The autofill panel should only appear if you previous invoked, then dismissed, the Quick Input Panel without actually creating an item.
The "AutoFill" button also has a keyboard shortcut associated with it - Command-Shift-A.
