affiliate links for deal providers not in Yipit's Affiliate Program

We are a member affiliate with Gilt City.  

How can we have our Yipit urls contain our Gilt City affiliate id if Gilt City is not listed in the Yipit Affiliate Program?

Only the affiliates that are currently configured in the API are available for affiliate pass throughs via the Yipit API. We are hoping to add a few more in the near future. Request for Gilt City noted.

Is there a way to get the final URL to the specific deal so that we can rewrite it?  very key that we can get credit for the referral.
