          yi.exe: Panic: frontend not found

Haskell:

GHC 6.12.3
Cabal 1.8.0.4

packages:

yi-0.6.2.4
pango-0.12
gtk-0.12

OS:

Windows 7 64-bit

Here is instruction How to Compile and Run Yi (0.6.2.4) with Gtk (0.12) on  
Windows.

It is on russian, but steps will be understandable for most.

Can it be the reason that

cabal install yi -f -pango

_disables_ pango flag instead of _enabling_ it?
I suppose the

cabal install yi -f pango

would fix the issue.
