Does anyone have an example of the format a link should be in to earn
commission on Yelp Deals clicks? As described in the FAQ under "How can I
get paid for using the Yelp API":

I have an account on CJ, but I don't know what the CJ tracking URLs look
like and can't find it on their website.

Here is an example link for how to prepend tracking URLs and use safe URL
encoding:

http://www.dpbolvw.net/click-########-10867460?url=http://www.yelp.co...

where ######## is your PID
