I recall a story , which i heard as a kid.

 

A village was facing drought and then the village priest told them if they offered Milk to Lord Shiva's linga in Village temple, then it will rain.

 

Now , every villager , thinking that the whole village is going to offer milk, quietly offered water to shivalinga , thinking that his share is very small and inconsequential, only 1 small kid in the village offered his milk from the daily share he used to get and when he came to temple , every villager heckled him that he has brought water. He had indeed brought milk which he offerred and thus it rained.

 

I asked a very close friend of mine to Join YERWA, and he told me that there is nothing to worry and he will join if and only if all there are Court Cases.

 

Same if the case with 20,875 YEIDA allotees ( 21000-125).

 

And then at the end of the day , you chose the blame the kid (Safal ) who has given all his time and everything else.

 

Is it safal's fault most of us think that others are going to fight the case so we need not pay...?

 

I am not a member of MC nor am i  or anybody else SAFAL's Cronies....

 

May i know why you did not take the responsibility as a member of MC...?

 

Or Why not now nominate yourself for a post and thus offer your valuable services....

 

I am not blaming you, but blaming someone who takes the initiative serves no purpose Mehra ji....

 

We have respected elders like Sushil jee and Nagin Jee and calling them cronies is despicable to say the least...

 

I hope you choose the right words ... next time...

 

We saw this coming.... didn't we ...?

YERWA is being led by Safal Suri. No doubt on writing mails, he has been an able support. But is the need of the hour...mails or cohesive action. Pls remember, its now actual money on stake here, not just rhetoric.  It has been learnt that Safal did not allow any work to happen or did any work himself...the reason he wanted complete control & fame.

Now YERWA MC stands dissolved. WHY, when there is so much work pending. Tomorrow if you loose money, will Safal come & refund it. The ex MC of YERWA is full of Safal’s cronies. They now have  excuse that the new MC will do everything. And in between any wrong verdict comes then ??

It is also rumoured that Safal knew that all was lost & that is why he dissolved the MC.

My point is that we all have to try & save our investments.  Pls post on the forum for the old MC to continue interim & at least work towards preparing the legal aspects of the case.

If no one is working, who will defend our case ???

Hi Forum Members,

A Humble Appeal

I think we have come a long way which is only due to diligent efforts put forward by existing MC. Now if some of us are not satisfied with their progress then personal contribution is required as I think its important for every one to understand that all of the MC members took some or the other personal initiative, while its easy to pinpoint shortcomings, its not easy to spare 2-3 hours from your busy routine to follow up on matters which do not relate directly to our work area.Imagine if you had to make 2 trips to Yamuna Authority Office for a certain work, how much would you plan. 

We are at very crucial juncture and this is the beginning of what may be a long struggle. So unless we do not unite and throw our entire weight for the MC we will loose.

At this stage do not let doubts kill the momentum.At the end of day NEFOMA (noida extension forum) won because they were united.

My Thanks to MC and team for good work done so far.

5.       Why till date no RTI has been filed by YERWA to collect facts for the legal cases ?

6.       Why till date no lawyer has been hired ?

7.       What are the accomplishments of the MC in an entire year (apart from long mails) ?

8.       WHY DID YERWA MC RESIGN, WHEN THE TENURE WAS LEFT ? LOT OF WORK NEEDED TO BE DONE, WHY WHEN CASES ARE TO BE HEARD, DID THE MC RESIGN ?

9.       WASN’T THE MC  AWARE THAT WITH NEW TEAM PRECIOUS TIME WILL BE LOST ???

And in between any wrong verdict comes then ?? Also find out how many MC meetings were held & their MOM.

Kindly see in the mail i have asked the current MC to do some interim arrangements for the court cases which are underway.
