Respected Sirs,

I very keenly follow all the posts in the Group especially by Sh. Safal Suri which are not only very informative but also updates about the developments happening around in the area. Since I am residing quite far from Yamuna Expressway, I have never been able to personally visit and collect first hand information about the development that may have taken place in Sector 20.  Hence, I mostly rely on the posts made by the members to the Group for updating myself. Thanks to all. 

I have a 300 SQM plot in pocket H of Sector 20.  None of the posts so far have indicated the present scenario in the said pocket of Sector 20.  I shall be grateful, if somebody could provide information about the state of affairs in pocket H of Sector 20 with regard to demarcation, developments etc.

You have to 4% for first year late construction penalty, 6% for second year late congratulations penalty, 8% for for third year late construction penalty of allotment price.
