The grim news is that the transfer of plots has not been approved. Consider the following scenario :-
· More than 500-700 applications have been filed by the Villagers against acquisition by YEIDA. The hearings have already begun & some stays have already been granted (though some say hearings are about to begun). The only reason Noida ext got saved was because developmental work had already been started & the land was not fertile. THE SAME IS NOT THE CASE IN YEIDA PLOTS. NO DEVELOPMENTAL WORK HAS HAPPENED & WHATEVER LITTLE HAD STARTED HAS BEEN STOPPED.
IF the COURT QUASHES the acquisition, ALL OUR PLOTS WILL STAND CANCELLED. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EVEN GET OUT OF YOUR LOSS, as transfer stand closed by the YEIDA.
YERWA MC was elected around July 2011 & certificate of incorporation shows the date of 22 September, 2011. The entire MC resigned on 23rd June 2012, almost a year after it was formed. Certain questions come to the mind :-
1. Why till date only 125 members+ have been made in an entire year ?
2. Why till date, no media reports have been published ?
3. Why, till date, no adverts have been taken out ?
4. Why till date apart from calling sudden GBMs, no effort has been made to reach allottees ?
5. Why till date no RTI has been filed by YERWA to collect facts for the legal cases ?
6. Why till date no lawyer has been hired ?
7. What are the accomplishments of the MC in an entire year (apart from long mails) ?
8. WHY DID YERWA MC RESIGN, WHEN THE TENURE WAS LEFT ? LOT OF WORK NEEDED TO BE DONE, WHY WHEN CASES ARE TO BE HEARD, DID THE MC RESIGN ?
9. WASN’T THE MC AWARE THAT WITH NEW TEAM PRECIOUS TIME WILL BE LOST ???
The Noida Extension problem got solved, because people got united & worked.
Please understand, this is not meant to be a criticism, this is meant to be a wake up call. WE ALL NEED TO ACT OURSELVES & BECOME A MEMBER OF YERWA. SECONDLY & MOST IMPORTANTLY, WE NEED PEOPLE IN MC OF YERWA WHO ARE WILLING TO DO ACTUAL WORK!!!
They say offense is the best form of defense. No doubt this mail will be criticised & attacked. But, the time has come for all of us to unite & become offensive against the forces which have gathered to take away our hard money & investments.
