APPEAL to MC - YERWA & readers!!

Friends,

With the transfer of ATL plots being not approved, it has become a
catch 22 situation.

Plots on GPA etc, can't be sold as they have not been recognised by
the Authority. With no development work happening & cases pending,
this may turn our to be a turning point.

Selling & Buying of plots is a must for the rates to stabilise. As per
my sources, if pressure is build on the Authority, transfer for non
ATL plots can be opened by this month end, when another board meeting
is scheduled.

It is therefore my request to the ex MC Yerwa to represent the
same( as members of YERWA, if not MC) to the authority officials. If
they can organise, more emembers can join them on the day of the
meeting.

This will help build pressure on Authority officials to open transfer.

When the mater is in COURT, what is the point in allowing TRANSFER?

I think, Authority has only taken a PREVENTIVE measure to subside SPECULATION.

Infact they shud have done this LONG back.

So cool down.
