Dear Pankaj,

Greetings !! 

At the inception of YERWA two modes of membership were formulated.

No:1 - Permanent Membership , life time @ fixed membership of Rs. 5000 / - (One Time)

No:2 - Anual renewal membership fee. 

Subsequently in coming years YERWA felt that its very difficult to manage anual renewalship of members , so in a particular GBM it was decided to do away with anual membership and convert  all the members to permanent / lifetime  status by considering the differance amount 5000- already paid as annual membership.

  Although I do not know your exact membership status , but it seems you did not get converted your membership status from annual to permanent.

It is registered under socities act.

although YEIDA is open group but YERWA is exclusive for the members.

Earlier YERWA filed a case against authorities also ( you may dig into yeida group for more)

I wanted pay the membership fee on line  for my wife who is an original allottee of a YEA plot . however, the payment was declined with the reason that the bank account of the Association in South Indian Bank has been closed.
